remembering to recuperate

In this 6-week group, we will use the expressive arts of dance, movement, art and writing to address the symptoms of workplace and parenting fatigue that frequently lead to burnout and the loss of vitality.

Based on the book by Emily Nagoski, “Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle”, we will explore the impact of stress cycles and develop recovery and recuperation strategies to replenish yourself daily.

Make the time to fill your own wellness cup this spring. Join us in a creative experience that will become your weekly re-charge.

This group requires no previous experience with movement, dance, art making, or writing.  It often attracts people who have some interest in the expressive arts and offers an alternative way to approach workplace burnout and parenting fatigue while still grounded in a mindful therapeutic environment.
